Project experience: logistics IT transformation
As an enterprise architect, Matthias Röhnelt supported transformation planning for track and trace and operational BI. His work included solution concepts, business cases, migration paths, feasibility studies and coordination with programme management and delivery partners.
Project experience: data platforms and business architecture
In the energy sector, he developed information and integration concepts for billing and meter data, including a data mart and data-quality monitoring. In telecommunications, he supported the introduction of business architecture to structure and prioritise requirements and plan target IT.
